We call ourselves a collective because we work collectively and are a collective of people and skills. Between us, we have years of experience in branding, marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement for both major commercial organisations and a variety of educational institutions.

So, we understand the challenges, resource issues, cultural, personal and professional interests and sensitivities involved, and respond in ways which show that understanding, and are collegiate, practical and hands-on.

By positively managing change and shifting the dial culturally, we can add measurable value in terms of reputation, admissions, recruitment, morale and engagement. Polly

Starting her career in pastoral and inclusion roles in schools, Polly went on to build a successful agency specialising in communications and PR. In more recent years, she has brought a blend of commercial expertise and educational insight to trusts and schools, actively turning strategy into tangible results for whole school communities. What drives her most is helping schools work together to be the best they can be. She believes in collaboration, shared purpose and the difference people can make when they genuinely support one another.

Louise

An award-winning creative and strategic marketing professional, Louise has experience of both the private and not-for-profit sectors, and an extensive track record in education. She has worked for numerous trusts, schools and industry bodies, leading with research and planning and delivering a wide range of initiatives. She’s crusading about making marketing work for education.

Sam

Sam

A marketing and brand specialist, Sam was principal of her own agency for 10 years, before making an active move into the education sector. She has been a long-term partner for trusts and schools and supported young people through social impact work with student unions. She’s an enthusiast for building brands, reputation, marketing effectiveness and community engagement.
